An Evening With Local Author Linden Carroll (7:00 pm - 8:00 pm)

Come join us for an evening with local author Linden Carroll as we discuss her book: Olive.

Ostracized at birth by her family, Olive’s life is that of an opportunist and black marketer. She uses sex, guile and music to move up, but everything has a price, and her children must bear the cost. Olive epitomizes the spirit and soul of the British people through two world wars; though impoverished, they still retained their strength, comradery and dignity while bearing the burden of the atrocities inflicted upon them.

Linden Carroll was born in England, and currently resides in British Columbia. She spends part of the year in the Cascade Mountain area of Northern Washington and enjoys long walks with her dog.

Registration required. Register online or at 604-984-0286, ext. 8144.
