Come join Dr. Meghan van Drimmelen on November 2nd for a comprehensive 2-hour seminar on female hormones. Learn how to manage hormone changes in your 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond. Dr. Meghan will discuss in depth the roles of cortisol, thyroid hormone, progesterone, estrogen, and testosterone as it relates to women’s health. The seminar is designed to give you tools to navigate your way through the natural hormone changes seen in the menopausal transition.

1:30-4pm Trick or Treating with the Lynn Valley Village Merchants, face painting and story time (2:15pm with the Lynn Valley Library) will be available. Stop by the Community Room to pick up your trick or treat passport and to enter into our fun prize draws.

Lynn Valley Cycle Expo - Celebrating Cycling in our Community
Lynn Valley Village will be host to the first Lynn Valley Cycle Expo Sunday October 18th from 1 - 4pm. Come out with your little cyclists, friends and family for Library Story time, the North Shore Safety Council’s Bike Rodeo, community displays and activities with Restoration Health Clinic, North Shore Mountain Bike Association, Mountain Equipment Co-op, and the North Vancouver Recreation & Culture Commission.
