Restoration Health - Spring Cleanse (7:00 pm - 8:30 pm)

It’s time to S P R I N G C L E A N S E! The weather has started to warm up and now is the perfect time for restoring health and cleansing your body. And the best part: our team will be cleansing with you!

Please join our naturopathic physicians and nutritionist for a free community talk on Spring Cleansing and learn about your personal prescription for a full 10-Day cleanse. And the best part: our practitioners will show you how they cleanse and will be doing the cleanse with you.

On Tuesday, June 6th, the evening will be spent mingling with our doctors and nutritionist and you will leave knowing the exact foods to include daily and those to avoid to:

-lose weight
-gain energy
-improve digestion
-clear skin
-feel more vital

Ask our doctors questions and start your cleanse with confidence.

Cleanse package cost is extra and includes the following:

-Personal health assessment with a naturopathic physician + nutritionist
-10-day meal plan so you know exactly what to eat
-Loads of cleanse-specific recipes that are simple to make
-Grocery shopping list
-Cleanse shake that contains detox specific nutrients (*safe option available for pregnant and breastfeeding women)
-Daily access online to our team of 6 practitioners including naturopathic doctors and nutritionist for the full 10 days, so you can ask questions, share ideas, and get the support you need, when you need it

If you were to do this cleanse individually, it would cost over $700. We have assembled a group package to save you money and make this cleanse affordable and easy. We are offering our Community Cleanse for $199 (including detox supplements); and the cost is covered by most extended health care plans.

Our community cleanse was designed with you and your family in mind. Our mission is to encourage more people to cleanse by removing obstacles, making it simple, and keeping costs extra low. This is a community service we provide and we love doing it!

If you have ever wondered if a cleanse is right for you or if you have cleansed dozens of times and are curious about a new method, this is a low cost and extra benefit option.

Join us to find out more about cleansing with our team. Please RSVP as seats are limited. Tuesday June 6th 7-8:30pm at the clinic.

Email us at or call 604-990-6963 to reserve your seat. Spaces are limited and we anticipate seats will fill up quickly. Happy cleansing!
