Conquer Cancer Lynn Valley - June 3rd

The statistics show that: 40% of us will fight some form of cancer in our life-time, and that 100% of us are affected because we know someone who has battled cancer. What the stats don’t show is how a community can come together to raise funds, and show their support and love for those fighting this vicious disease.

The Lynn Valley Village is extremely proud to be one of the hosts of CONQUER CANCER LYNN VALLEY.  We hope you’ll come join the Easy Riders, The Botto Team, and Team Finn for this Community Fundraising event for the Ride to Conquer Cancer. Thanks to the generous sponsors and the BOTTO team, who are covering all the event expenses, 100% of the proceeds from this event will go directly to the RIDE benefiting the BC Cancer Foundation.

For the young of age and young at heart, Vancity is proud to present Bobs & Lolo at 11am on the main stage in the Village Plaza. Show entrance is by donation (minimum $10 per family).  There will even be a Meet & Great and autograph signing with them after the show.  

After enjoying the vibrant Bobs & Lolo, check out some of the interactive displays and enjoy some lunch at one of our restaurants before gathering back at the centre of the Plaza to enjoy the energetic music of Headwater. These guitar, mandolin, banjo, bass, steel guitar playing boys are local and a treat to listen to!

This event has something for everyone and with all proceeds raised going to this fantastic cause we hope you’ll reach deep into your pockets and enjoy this spectacular day with us.
