Lynn Valley Days in 100 years
It is this time again when we celebrate together our thriving neighbourhood, Lynn Valley at the annual event called Lynn Valley Days, May 25 - 26. This year we celebrate a milestone of 100 years of community growth. Lynn Valley Days was first held in 1912 in Lynn Canyon Park.
What is on in the Lynn Valley Village on Lynn Valley Days?
On Saturday 26th from 11 am – 3 pm in Lynn Valley Village Plaza will be a a live performance by Jill Teed and her band. At the same time there will FREE face painting by Little Monster's Studio brought to you by the merchants of Lynn Valley Village. Balloon twisting by donation to the North Vancouver Outdoor School Alumni Society. Zazou – Salon & Spa offers massage by donations in their tent, VanPets offers samples of their delicious pet treats to your four legged friends and the Friends of the Library are hosting their book sale.
The weather forecast for Saturday is great and it will be great to see you all in the Village on your way to or from the main festivities in the Lynn Valley Park.
We are open for business so a lunch or dinner at Browns Socialhouse or grab a pizza at Papa Johns, sushi at Mountain Sushi or energy shake from Booster Juice to take with you to the field. Sit down and have some coffee at Delany’s or pick up some candy for the kids at Sugar & Co.

Today the Lynn Valley Days is a community event is organized by Lynn Valley Lions and the Lynn Valley Community Associations but is driven forward by generous donations from businesses in the community and countless volunteers. There is still need for volunteers for the event and we encourage everyone who is able to volunteer for a few hours on either May 25 or May 26 to please email Shirin at LynnValleyDay@telus.net and she will respond to you with further details.
